and there you go, but she was on ceres but!!! later she wonders around in space without any mission not passing by the asteriod belt.
that part i make her that she pass the asteroid belt, after that she returns inside and get the signal that ceres is being attacked…
Yeah, but that’s the period of about 5 minutes. Ceres is attacked almost immediatly after she leaves. So you can either have fun making a 5 minute game, or you could put your game in between two other metroid games.
First of all. We have MORE than enough decent samus sprites in all usable sizes, including custom, and rips. Samus has already been done perfectly before, so the chances my sheet would be used are just as good as anyone elses. And in this thread there were 2 weavel sprite sheets(one old, one remake), 2 sylux sprite sheets(one old, 1 sheet), 2 kanden sprite sheets (1 old,1 WIP), one noxus remake as well as a sprite of the remake. I simply removed the links (which should be on the very first post) of the old ones because I was so ashamed of them.
Trace bores me. He has NO potential to be an interesting character watsoever. He’s just a drone in an army of sniping ants. Spire would be fun to sprite, and we dont have any decent sheets of him, but I dont like him. He’s just not cool looking. Too unnoriginal. WAY to many boldermen in Sci-Fi and fantasy these days. So probably not. I’ll finish Kanden, and Remake Noxus, and by then, MP3 will be out, and i’ll sprite shit from it. And by that time, Super smash bros. Brawl will be out, and I’ll forget I have a life, and play it till I die.

true, then im gonna make that small part then tell the story about what happend in supermetroid( skip the whole super metroid, then goes between super metroid and metroid fusion. ans still maintain my story line… but now the ending will be different when samus and some scientist are searching for life… bla bla bla…
Well that works better I guess. Anyway, lineart for a sprite duel. The catch is that my opponents have to shade MY lineart, and I have to shade theirs. Pretty nifty.
Ok… Let me guess: This is what happens when “Thing” from the Adams Family latches onto some Space Pirate’s ass who happens to have 40K Space Marine shoulder pads and comical machine munchers for arms?
Yeah, it’s pretty weird looking, but I’m sure it’ll be hell to shade!
Lol. Yeah, I havent had time to sprite lately, but I still need to finish up the Kanden and Dark suit sprite sheets, so I’ll be on a hotstreak again…somtime.
Oh. Well, yeah, it has slowed down recently, probably due to lack of material from some people. Me and Daz have really been the only ones posting stuff lately.
Anyway, I just realized the terrible truth. I have NO idea how to shade. I dont know how to give round objects depth. it’s not difficult shading something thats only 5 pixels thick, but when it comes to larger objects, i start to screw up. Anyway, here’s a starman i made. He’s not a large object, but he has enough open space to practice with a larger palette.
OK, i didnt read all the posts or anything, but chozodude (my brother) told me that you made a these GF trooper sprites using for a game your making, and some of your early ones (i dont know if you made more) look like them.
So, incase i finish the game and decide to put it on the internet, i probably need your (red halberd) premission
and ull oubviously get put in the credits and stuff
