i think he already had this one, but it is really unaccurate, as he pointed, so im pretty sure the one you posted will be used. just wanted to let you know that 1 was already posted =P
btw, thats a pretty good color job. did u use the same pallate as the super metroid ship?
at any rate, i do think it needs some dithering on the highlighted areas, unless it is meant to look the way it is.
I think it’s better with SM colours because it looks more like the SM ship and it’s spelled colours (stupid Americans destroying the english language one letter taken out of a word at a time)
Thats racist. Also Canadians (like me), Australians, yes the British, Scottish, Welsh (I think), Irish, and Everyone who speaks English except Americans use the “U” in words like colour. Besides that who made the language??? I’ll tell you who the BRITTISH
i know i really owe you guys a demo, but trust me, this is totally for the best!
game maker is limited as to what i can do with it, and what i hope to do with it later, so i figured i would step up to the plate and learn a more widely accepted language so that i might create console quality games.
anyways, it will be surely over a couple years until i can do something with it that you will most likely appreciate, so ill just get back to you then. later everyone, see you in awhile!
Have us all waiting here patiently for a demo, then all of a sudden,
“I finished the demo! Yay! But I’m not releaseing it because Im remaking
it in C++, it’s for the better, be back in a few years!”. I really don’t know
what to say here. I have been awaiting this games release for a while now,
I liked the project. But NOT releasing the demo is just… No. Please give us
a link to the Demo, and THEN remake the game. It’s great that your trying to
learn C++ but you can’t just leave without giving us anything…
So many promising fangames do this, and for what I have gathered THEY ALL
have failed so far! Please give us the demo before you vanish from this forum…
alrighty, just checked back, and good news to you guys, i got some support from a couple bros as school, so i am interested in it again. i will continue it since i am turning my computer into a server as well to host the information, and future downloads.
bad news- i am editing the demo a bit for sound (no sound yet), and so that i can directly create updates for it any time, the only problem i have then is figuring out how to check for updates through the game itself, but ill worry about that later.
anywho, i figure since i started an engine and actually finished it, i might as well test it out to see if i still need to work on a few things, as c++, vb, and web app all have similar traits (logic of course)
hope to get it to you soon after some quick cutting of some parts.
anyone know where i can find metroid sounds? (gba only please) begins looking up on limewire

nearly finished for demo, just have to finish the final touches and stuff on level design, work out a few morphing bugs, and still need sound, if all goes well, i can just record that.
