The Bible being wrong is nothing shocking.
It’s obvious it has been altered throughout the years. Numerous translations and the church altering and skewing it for the purpose of power is common (but seemingly denied) knowledge.
During the Christian Dark Ages (AKA Middle ages and Medieval Times) the church was the government, they altered their holy text for their benefit, forcing people to pay money for their sins. It wasn’t until Martin Luther posted the 99 Thesis, basically telling the church to shove it up their ass, did anything change. And DID it ever change; after that was the Renaissance period.
Every person reads it how they want it. It’s how we have so many sects of religion in the first place, it’s how lunatics create societies where boys are castrated at twelve and girls of the same age get married to forty- year old men. (If you will kindly remember back to the colony in Colorado a few years ago.)
I love religion. It gives people hope and love and inspiration to live, knowing that life will end in death anyway.
I hate organized religion. Churches being companies, making money off people, bringing drama into their lives, starting wars. Organized religion is a disgusting slime.

Organized religion can be pretty much the entire blame for the world’s problems.
It’s an evil that hinders scientific development and punishes independent thought, the altered Bible (Specifically the old testament.) teaches blind submission; to mindlessly give yourself to God’s will and the church’s ruling.
All throughout history are countless examples of religious masses causing war and destruction in the name of their god.
The Crusades, The Salem Witch Trials, September 11th, Everything that is going on in Israel for the past 2000+ years.
The church arrested Galileo for defying their rule and daring to think differently. Ben Stiller’s “Expelled” showed us that people lose their jobs and are thrown in jail just for teaching evolution. The church even holds back scientific progress by controlling the government and banning stem cell research.
Just think, the blind, the paralyzed, the limbless could all overcome their handicaps with the possibilities of stem cells. For what? An egg that 99.999->% will not even be used except to be bled out? They don’t even need that anymore, they can use your bone marrow! But Big Religion still won’t have any of it.
