I can’t help but agree. Do you know how many swords there are in all of those mind-numbing RPGs dating all the way back to the first Castlevania and whatnot?
Well, I revamped my Samus sprite.
Her chest is rather pillow-shaded, the shoulders are still fugly (and too small), the legshave a random super-bright spot halfway down, and the helmet is too squared at the top. Plus the chest plate thing is too angled at the bottom, and the green lights don’t follow its contours properly.
Here is my completed Alpha Metroid, wich I hope will be used for Metroid II Remixed.
No offense, Zapper, but it doesn’t look like an Alpha because the legs are practically invisible. If they were just a bit longer (so that you could see them when they are in front of the “jelly”) I’d say that it rocks.

Well, yeah, that’s the original art and yours looks just like it, but You just can’t see the legs very well. That’s all.
Edit: I have the last surviving picture of a Metroid Evoution chart. I don’t know who did it, but it doesn’t exist on the Metroid Galaxy Guide anymore, so here it is. How does that look?
Yeah, thats awsome, here’s a Gamma Metroid And if you have any sugestions on how to make the claws stick out with out making them that bigger it would help.
Edit : I mean the claws on the Alpha not the Gamma.
Why does everyone worship that galaxy guide pic so much? It’s horribly inaccurate. :\
In any case, the gamma’s nose curves too much, and the alpha’s legs are too short, so why are you looking for solutions besides making them longer?
Actually, i like the galaxy guide pictures alot more. I feel that the Zeta metroid should look more like that, though there should be forms in between gamma and zeta.
Because in the vid I linked they were very small. But, I’ll probably turn out making them longer.
