Not necessarily short compared to the will to beat it. The first time I beat Metroid Prime, my hours of play were approximately 10, and it felt like I only played it for 2. Time flies when you’re having fun

And the game IS actually very short compared to the other primes. Although it’s quite possible to like that game too much, play it too much, and that it is also way to short. But what’s more amazing is that one guy already had a day’s worth of gaming hours after three days on online play.
