If First Hunt was the full game, I would also think it is the worst. Fortunately it’s not the final game.
that would be sad if it was the whole game
its look not bad
I meant the demo u get for free.lol
Hey everyone, on the movie on First Hunt I finaly
figured out who the bounty hunters Samus encounters are!
The first guy is Noxes, look at his picture and then look at
the shoadowy figure on the movie
. I got no clue who the 2nd one is.
And I am realy sure the 3rd one is Spire. There is a slight chance it is that
other new Hunter though.
…
There are six hunters. The three we know of, and the three shadow ones. Hell, the site we’ve been discussing this whole topic SAYS so. -_-
We have names for them even! We just don;'t know which is which.
Watch the movie your self. Look at what Noxus looks like.
Look at his arm gun and his head. Then watch the First hunt movie
and the first guy of the 3 is Noxus. Look for your self, you
cant say they look different.
What part of NINTENDO SAID WHO THEY ARE AND THEY DO NOT INCLUDE NOXUS is so hard to understand!?
Plus the fact that Noxus and co. are not space pirates and thus would not have the space pirate theme.
-_____-
You never know though. I just looked at the blured figures and the actual guys
and their fetures matched. Whatever though…
Ugh, not their FETURES! o_o
I’m actually starting to lose faith in Hunters: What with the bad impressions EGM gave (Don’t ask again >_>), it being practically ignored by “certain” television shows who cove(coughe3livecoverage2005sneeze)red E3, and the site having no new info since freakin MAY.
I’ve barely let myself live for the past few months on the fact that the DS has had a few flops already (luckily all being third-party, mind you!), and to even think that Nintendo were to actually make a bad Metroid game for once would just drive the knife through my last thread of life.
Obviously, the previously mentioned was based purely on the fact that not many people liked First Hunt (of course, most of us loved it…I think) and not to mention the other fact of that it’s pretty much Echoeseseses Multi-player mixed with larger areas and more characters, minus the Beams (so far).
In short, Nintendo better make this game worth the wait. >_> I’ve probably just ruined the first level of my support in this, with only two remaining, however I just felt it would have been better just to plug this somewhere with relevance, not to mention boost previous post time up by…three days.
Also there’s the recurring(sp, shut up) problem of no news…at all. That makes me a sad strawberry ;_;
We…never know? Even though the fucking creators TOLD us? -_- Just drop it.
And by the way, they look completely different. Just some minor superficial similarities. Like the fact that one has twin sickles while one has a gun and shield… different upper body shapes… etc…
yeah, your right. But its getting all my nerves too
on how they arnt updating the site or anything. And
it realy got all my nerves when Nintendo announced “full online play for hunters”
and a few months later they drop the idea which made everyone
want this game.

Direct from IGN:
August 22, 2005 - In a release issued today, Nintendo of America has revealed that Metroid Prime: Hunters, one of the first announced titles for the Nintendo DS handheld, has been delayed until next year. Originally scheduled for an October 2005 release, Metroid Prime: Hunters has been pushed back to a non-specific First Quarter 2006 date.
Metroid Prime Hunters is a spin-off of the GameCube’s Metroid Prime series, featuring much more action-oriented arena gameplay in the Metroid universe. The game has already been revealed as a four player local wireless compatible game.
Though no official details were revealed on the delay, it’s being speculated that Nintendo has pushed the product back a few months in order to support multiplayer deathmatch over Nintendo’s upcoming Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection internet service.
Sounds like me and my game.
“Oh yeah, I will have Xenic done in about two months. I swear.”
Four years later …
" … it still might be a while … "
The only reason I bought a freakin DS is so I could play MP:H. Which reminds me … Dragon, why did you say in my Xenic topic that my game reminded you strangely of MP:H? Do you even know what MPH is about? Do you even know what my game is about? They are nothing alike! Sorry for being rude but its just weird that you would say that.
So my poor DS is getting no use at all. I got sick of playing first hunt. I wish they would hurry up.
Me too. I blame all of the Internet-Whores.
<_< >_>
All I meant is that you push back the release date for your game alot,
like MPH. But you probably have a busy life, I dont have time to
work on my game anymore. This game should have a fun single player and
an online multiplayer for them to push back the release date this much.
Check the site, by the way. They’ve identified the three.
Whaddayano? Weavel’s a pirate. ![]()
One’s an unknown species and the other’s a funky but cool bug thing I forget the name of >_>
Trace, I believe
Trace is his name. I meant his species. ![]()
And yeah, it’s Kriken, now that I look.
Something came to my mind… Why this game is called Metroid PRIME Hunters if there’s no Metroid Prime in it?
Because it’s Prime style. <_<
