i put in the code for the image but it wont work 
The format is [i[i][/i]mg], then the URL of the image, then [/img].
For instance,
[img]http://img443.imageshack.us/img443/1876/navlh2.jpg[/img]
displays the image found at http://img443.imageshack.us/img443/1876/navlh2.jpg,
it isnt on a website!
