*** Artifacts of the Month ***

For GIFs, just use GIMP. Use layers for the different frames, and put (timems)(replace) at the end of each layer name. The time is the amount of milliseconds between each frame; usually 100, 250, or 400.

Anyways, nice suits. Shiny. =D

…or get Photoshop from the Pirate Bay.

You people make me sad, telling others to use software like that instead of the GIF animator I made specifically for spriters who use sprite sheets.

Sorry, but it only works in Windows.
What about the Mac users? Don’t you care about them?

NO. :stuck_out_tongue:

Zurg beat me to it

I didn’t ask you.

more phazon

need more screen shots to start the crystals

I would have made it for Mac users, too, and even Linux, if only Visual Basic programs worked on them. Oh, or if I had written it in C.

but VB is microsoft’s “easy” language :frowning:

It’d be ok, so long as the syntax could be changed to something a little closer to languages like C. I’m trying to get back into the habit of ending a line with ;, VB is not helping.

Any language that has “Visual” in the name sucks.
Sort of like C#, which completely screws the aspect of multi-platform.

Also, good syntax is good.

I hate Game Maker for being lenient, because people release codes like “if x=1 x=2” when it should be “if x=1 { x=2; }”

You’re the kind of person that just thinks things should be hard for the sake of them not being easy.

Either way, GIMP should be used for animated GIFs.

Don’t listen to Retro about anything, he’s a silly little boy.

Said the silly boy.

Waits for flame war to start

ugh, you can tell when retro’s mummy and daddy let him online, he just goes around here and 64D pissing everyone off.

I’ve been online since 10:00 this morning, PY. Just not on 64d.

And damnit, why the hell do you have to act like it’s all my fault? >_>

I’ve mostly been on sites like M:FM and others, but you don’t seem to go to those anymore.

Said the silly boy.

Seriously, this is the artifacts topic; someone start making more artifacts.
