No, I’m sure it’s the full game. Game journalists can review games before they’re released, with special permission. I’m unsure of the details.
One of my brothers used to review PS2 and Xbox games and he got the games weeks ans sometimes months before they were released. He got some games on DVD-R discs and some looked just like the retail discs. And he got to keep all the games.
Some games were glitchy and some of the early testing versions could have missing graphis and stages. I remember a fishing game for the PS2 or the Xbox from SEGA that had some missing textures. And you could get stuck whith the underwater camera in some of the fishes. that sucked.
I think he wrote some reviews on some Dreamcast games too. But I’m not sure.

Lol. I have the game. Tis awesome. Everything looks more shiny, and the game is easier because of motion controlls. I barely have to lock on now. 
@ WOW: I am 85% sure those are the 4 codes you can enter in your ship’s computer to get the secret messages.
@ Ashes: I totally agree. I got it, everything is so beautiful. Prime 1 has much better lighting and such. The morph ball has a beautiful glow on the inside. Prime 2 does not have this as much, but the colors are much more…colorful and the graphics are much sharper in general. I beat Prime 1 100% items and scans in a day, and am on my 3-4th day of Prime 2 and I am searching for the sky temple keys. The Annihilator, I must say, feels so much more awesome. I use it all the time for every enemy i can, regardless of the ammo. I must point out some interesting things. Annihilator-Plasma’s cannon is see-through at the tip if you charge it up, for reasons I know, yet can’t explain. You will see and understand when you do it yourself. So far I like 2 better, because I don’t remember it like the back of my hand lol. I played through Prime 2 twice, and played through 1 more times than I can remember. Echoes was definitely meant to be controlled like this. And multiplayer kicks so much ass. For some reason, 2 player has all normal effects from single player, going from the dark beam eating the gun, to the super missiles seeking. But 3-4 player goes back to original GCN Echoes style with the crappy looking Charge Beam. Overall, it’s awesome. GET IT NOW IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY.

No its not a friend code. I already tried that and its too big. I bought a guide book and it doesn’t tell info about those numbers, perhasp only time will tell.
Maybe something that Retro will put up and we enter those numbers on a website of thiers and gives info about something new.
