It’s a Trooper from Corruption. I drew several reference sketches from the model and compiled them to make the most accurate chibi I could… >_>
That could be why. Accurate chibi is something of an oxymoron, wouldn’t you say?

I like it alot, the style is very cute. Something about the head looks a little off, but I can tell it’s a pirate.

So um, have I improved?
He’s pumping like four out at a time. I saw him working on four at once.
Anyway, I think you should focus more on quality over quantity.
You’ve improved, but you’re still doing some pretty senseless things. Don’t just use the things I taught you randomly, and so carelessly.Rotate the brushes some so it doesn’t look like you’re using the same ones over and over. (and obviously don’t use them so much in the first place) Also regarding repetitiveness, it looks like you used the same text for each sig. And the same layout. (which I usually do sometimes, too x_x) On a few of them, the first on my mind being the Naruto one, the background detracts from the render, you should try and fix the focus of some of your signatures.
So in short, spend more time making each sig original, and less bland in general.
That said, you have improved a ton, and I want to see more.
Edit: By the way, I made two new ones. I don’t like them so much.

You should consider at least mentioning the artist.
I know I’d be pissed if someone just took my drawing, made it glow a bit, and then called it theirs.
